Phosphate Solubilizing Bacteria (PSB) Liquid – Natural Bio-Fertilizer for Phosphorus Availability
Phosphate Solubilizing Bacteria (PSB) is a powerful bio-fertilizer containing beneficial soil microbes capable of converting insoluble forms of phosphorus (like tricalcium phosphate, rock phosphate, and iron/aluminium phosphates) into soluble forms easily absorbed by plant roots.
Phosphorus is essential for root development, flowering, fruiting, and seed formation. Regular application of PSB enhances phosphorus use efficiency, reduces the need for chemical fertilizers, and improves soil health for long-term fertility.
This eco-friendly formulation is suitable for all crops and soil types and is a key component of organic and sustainable farming systems.

2×10⁹ CFU/ml (Colony Forming Units per ml)
Phosphate Solubilizing Bacteria produce organic acids such as gluconic acid, citric acid, and lactic acid, which lower soil pH around the root zone, dissolving fixed phosphates into available orthophosphate ions (H₂PO₄⁻ and HPO₄²⁻). This ensures better phosphorus uptake, stronger roots, and improved yield quality.
Phosphate Solubilizing Bacteria (PSB) is a beneficial bio-fertilizer containing live soil bacteria that convert insoluble phosphorus in soil into plant-available forms, improving root growth and crop yield naturally.
PSB produces organic acids that dissolve fixed phosphates in the soil and release them in soluble form, allowing plants to easily absorb phosphorus through their roots.
PSB Liquid can be used for all crops, including paddy, wheat, maize, cotton, sugarcane, pulses, groundnut, vegetables, banana, fruits, plantation crops, and flowers.
The recommended dosage is:
PSB should be applied during sowing, transplanting, or early crop growth stage for maximum phosphorus availability and strong root development.
Yes. Regular use of PSB improves phosphorus use efficiency and helps reduce the requirement of chemical phosphate fertilizers, lowering input cost.
Yes. PSB is 100% eco-friendly, residue-free, and suitable for organic and sustainable farming systems.
Yes. PSB can be mixed with Azospirillum, Azotobacter, Potash Solubilizing Bacteria, VAM, and organic manures. Avoid mixing with chemical fungicides at the time of application.
This product contains 2 × 10⁹ CFU per ml, ensuring high bacterial population and effective phosphorus solubilization.
Yes. PSB improves soil microbial activity, organic carbon content, nutrient cycling, and long-term soil fertility.
Absolutely. PSB is safe for crops, soil microbes, earthworms, farmers, and the environment and leaves no harmful residues.
